1.When the system connect the power, why it shows power off? And the system doesn¡¯t have any reaction?
Solution:
Please use the multimeter to check the power of the camera.
1.If no power, maybe there have a disconnection from the power to camera.
2.If the power up to snuff, the camera is broken.
2.Why the monitor don¡¯t ring? when you have connected the camera of 03 System?
Solution:
1.Please check if you have set the code or not, according to instruction to set the right code.
2.Please make sure there have connection between the camera and monitor.
3.Why is the picture of video indoor phone always be not very well?
Solution:
If you connect more than one monitor, please check wether they match a resistance of 75 ohm with the last one.
4.If camera can¡¯t hear the voice from monitor , how to solve it?
Solution:
1.Please insure the loudspeaker has connection.
2.Please make sure the amplifier clip of mainboard is good.
5. Indoor monitors has sound but no image
Solution:
1.Check any short circuit for indoor monitors and ground cable
2.Examine is any video output from main panel, the power voltage for the video signal will be around AV 1V
3.Change the indoor monitor because of the damage of display parts
6.There are interference with monitor¡¯s picture.
Solution:
1.Cable laying is not proper, strictly follow the user manual to lay cable.
2.Check if there is any touch loosing for cable line.
3.There are very strong signal source within system, the screen barrier must connect with ground.
7.There is double image in indoor monitor.
Solution:
Check the ¡°switch for the picture resistence¡± is on from the back of indoor monitors.
8.Doorbell/camera can¡¯t call monitor
Solution: power supply, video wire
1.Check if the voltage of monitor is normal (working voltage is DC 15V-18V)
2.Check if the indicator of doorbell/camera lights, if no, check 4W video wire and make sure it connects correct terminal.
9 After connecting doorbell/camera, the monitor rings and buzzes automatically, meanwhile, the screen become to grey colour.
Solution: video wire
Check if 4W & 3Y terminals are connected with wrong wired, please disconnect the doorbell/camera immediately and adjust the video wire to correct terminal.
10.Doorbell/camera call monitor automatically
Solution: voltage of power supply, video wire & button of doorbell/camera
1.Check if the voltage of monitor is normal
2.There have 4W & GND wire between main monitor and doorbell/camera, check if 4W & GND wire are short circuit
3.Check if there has something block the button of doorbell/camera
4.Change doorbell/camera
11.Main monitor can see what doorbell/camera sees, but sub-monitor just can see blue screen.
Solution: Check if the parameter of sub-monitor is set as ¡°main¡±, changing it to ¡°sub¡± is ok.
12£®Why there is no response when call transfer to the telephone?
Solution:
1.Please check the right connection between telephone line and the telephone port line of indoor monitor.
2.Please check indoor monitor is in ¡°telephone transfer¡± mode and make sure your telephone number is right.
13.Picture scroll
Solution:
1.There have sub-monitor in the system, please remain 1pcs 75¦¸resistance in last monitor, and get rid of other resistance from other monitors
2.Checking if the video wire is in right position.
14.Can¡¯t unlock
Solution:
1.Press unlock button during monitor communicate with doorbell/cameras, at this point, check if the voltage between KEY terminal and GND terminal is DC15V.
2.Check if the lock is available
15.Why the user can¡¯t login remote viewing interface and see the video:
Solution:
1.Make sure to use 6.0 or above version. Make sure that holding up Active X function is close.
2.Make sure that all Active X functions are opened.
3.Check if running.
4.Check if IP address is correct, DVR parameter setting is correct, and network is connected normally.
5.Check if adding the IP address into trusted site.
6.Check if monitor is switched on.
7.Check if ADSL is connected with Internet.
